dough problems

where my dough rise for the 1st & 2nd rise but the 3rd(final)rising it can't rise to the pan level which recipe for open top pan loaf. pls help

Let's start with the easiest solution. You don't have to let the bread rise 3 times. If you get two good rises, let it rise twice and then bake it.

If you feel you just have to have three rises, the usual problem is not enough kneading between rises. Yeast have trouble getting around in the dough and finding food. So... knead the dough a bit between rises. Not long, just a half minute or so.
