Practical Buttermaking, A Treatise for Buttermakers & Students , by C Walker-Tisdale & Theodore R Robinson, VGC ,143 pages.

In really superb condition,a complete manual for the old style buttermaker,with techniques,some recipes,plan for a dairy,technical detail ,decorative butters etc.
