Simply: Place a filling on a piece of rolled out rectangular shape of bread dough. The dough is then rolled up(with the filling inside) to form a neat cylinder .If the dough will not seal you can moisten the edges it with milk or egg and pinch to seal properly rolling it into a cylinder. Or if the pepperoni is greasy let the cut up slices or strips lay on a kitchen towel to absorb the grease before using for filling.

It is then placed on a greased baking tray and allowed to rise well,it can be brushed with beaten egg for a nice shiny and golden colour when baked. Roy
