I was looking at the merchandise earlier when you posted green beads. And wondered if anyone had received goods from this seller. The prices seem so very low. And looked at the turquoise being sold as "natural" and I think at best it's reconstituted. Not even just stabilized.

Also, when I ran a search within the store -plated I got "0" hits for metal beads, so all the beads ARE plated and I wonder about the pendants.

By the way, I got a nice piece of that Lavender Jasper in Mexico a few years ago, and it's lovely stuff. Typically of jasper, it's got something of a clay-like texture so it might be out shone by the chalcedony. Of course, I often use things differently than I plan to!!

They don't always list them in the right categories, but clearly state if the items are plated or .925 solid. Check the individual auctions. As I said, i have purchased piles and piles of stuff from all three sellers. Some is great, some is bad. I am careful now about what I buy.

What would you think of as a good feedback rating? almost 99% positive for isn't good? I ordered from merrygemstone, and am waiting what I'll get. Just beads though. Hope it is okay!

99.1% positive feedback is good. But I looked at the breakdown of that feedback and in the past 12 months there were 445 neutrals and 188 negatives. Merrygemstone is one of three (that I know of) companies/sellers by the same owner and those other two have even worse feedback (once it's broken down). Perhaps I'm too picky???

You will probably be happy with beads. I think that's a safer purchase than jewelry. I didn't mean to rain on anyone's parade. I was just posting my experience. Please do let us know if you're satisfied with the beads. :)
