Heads Up Lampworkers

This just in from a lampwork artist pal of mine.

Missfuffyrat is back in action and posing as a victoriansummer. Going easy on the bids but note one for a dolly (seems (s)he can't resist), lives in the same state and using the one of her many payment avoidance designed as creative payment schemes.

Okay, had to give you all a warning before I head back out the door. Good luck ladies and gents!

Gads! What in the world is eBay doing to the users! This person has become a major PITA and she is a liability for eBay since they let her keep coming back in one form or another.

Unfortunately, there isn't a heck of a lot Ebay can do to protect themselves (and the sellers) against a determined nutcase. AOL found this out a long time ago, when they were really promoting the heck out of their X00 free hours demo.

As long as this person keeps signing on with different names and credit card numbers (and I know how to get an unlimited supply, but won't share it here, in case some nut is reading), she can open endless serial accounts.

There are plenty is plenty of blame in this case, but it's not Ebay's fault in this case. This person needs help and probably a jail cell.

I'm having the same problem with someone named "idorickaroo". Dead email address and bidding on 100's of auctions. Now I'm out the listing fees. :-{

Holy crap that person has bid on a ton!! Thanks for the heads up! BTW - anyone I *know* from this group is welcome to ask for an invite to the private yahoo group we have up for dealing with this kind of thing. I am a moderator, and if I know who you are, I can approve you. It's mostly lampworkers, since we're being targeted by a certain bidder. It's a sharing of knowledge so we can avoid being hit by people like your idorickaroo.
