Hiya! - Intro (and sort of AD included)

Hello, hello! It's me again, making my usual rounds. I hope to be able to stay longer this time, since I'm not expecting any major system crashes and my daughter has already had her baby.

That's all that went on during the last 4 or 5 months of

2003 - my daughter and her pregnancy, and my system getting a major makeover...

It's good to see some familiar faces! Tina, Sooz, Kandice and Tink, whom I see occasionally on WC!... Starlia, on whom I "barged" in the other day :) Lots of new folks, too!

Ok, so I guess I should write a brief intro (re-intro)?

Let's see... I'll be turning 41 next month. I live in Bel Air, Maryland with my husband, four dogs, and three cats. My mom lives at the compound in her own attached "wing." I have one daughter, a son-in-law, and as of January 6, I also have the cutest little grandbaby, Leana.

I started out with plaster eons ago, while in college, and stuck with that until an accidental discovery led me to polymer clay. Right around the time when I started incorporating pc into my plaster stuff, I had also fallen in love with beads. Naturally, I started making pc beads, then moved to lampwork beads, and now that's all I do.

I list my beads regularly on JustBeads (take a peek if you like

formatting link
), and sometimes on Ebay. I've learned not to list on both sites at the same time because it stresses me out in a big way! (heh!) So I stick with JB mainly because that's where I started, and also because they (admin, buyers, even other sellers) have been very kind to me. Let's see, what else... I guess that's pretty much it, me in a nutshell. Oh, the questionnaire, since I guess I'm sort of a newbie. I don't think it's changed that much since the last time I responded to it: Favorite Colors: pinks, purples, blues, metallics

Favorite Sweets or Treats to Eat: Hershey's Hugs

Favorite item of Jewelry & Size: Bracelets - wrist size 7"

Your Personal Style: "T-shirt-and-jeans" ... what is that, casual? Also, bright and leaning a little towards the funky

Favorite Kind of Bead: Pretty much all... although I'm not crazy about pony beads.

Ok, time for some errands. Looking forward to more from rcb! :)

Yum. Love your Key Biscane. And an excellent price for all those beads. You're one of the first people I bought beads from. One of my first examples of how much better beads look in person than even in a good photo.

You're going to love your 40s. They are such powerful years. And being a grandma is fun.

Yes! A set of green aventurine beads, if I recall correctly!

I've noticed!!

Thanks, Tina! Still as sweet as I remember! :)

LOL You had to dig for that one. In the flesh and bowing at your feet, madam.

Oh no, no digging at all... I'm just compulsively organized! Drives my husband nuts :)
