I made a bracelet!

Some time ago (2 years??), I went in on a group-buy of some square and stick pearls. Well, I finally made a bracelet with some of them -- I was hoarding them till now......don't know why, but they just felt so PRECIOUS! Anyway, I guess I just want to show it off. :-)

Very pretty, Susan! A good use for the stick pearls. If I can find a copy of a stick pearl bracelet I sold quite awhile back, I'll try and post mine, too.

Anybody else have stick pearl bracelet pics to show?? :)))) love, Linda Tucker-cat photos:

HaHa! So, true, Barbara! They were just too yummy, I guess. I just had to hold onto them for a while - you know, hoarding and fondling.......

But I made another one, and I hope this photo is better than the first one. [First one, scan - second one, camera.]

The second bracelet, bottom of photo, is more interesting in person, but the first one took a lot more time!

GORGEOUS, Jerri!

I still can't access my old files on a ancient computer, so I can't upload my stick bracelet. But I did put it up on auction and Denise of Glitzy Glass bought it. Maybe if she reads this, she can take a quick pic and show us. :)))))))

That's lovely also, Susan. :)))) I like the first one best. But the second one remind me of the bronze stick pearl bracelet I made.

I'm in the process of making another one... maybe I'll upload a pic of the half-finished state.

Hi, Susan and all. :) Ok - here's my stick pearl bracelet... don't forget, it's in progess!

The one I sold long ago to Denise (of GlitzyGlass wonders!), was almost exactly like this one, except there were no FW pearls on top of the bracelet and not as many vintage seed beads. I'm still not sure if I like the round pearls on the top because they keep moving around and don't stay in a straight line. I gotta think on this one some more. Hope you like it! love, Linda Tucker-cat photos:

Wowser - that is an AWESOME bracelet! And that CLASP!!! What a find that was! Are you willing to share where you got it??

As for the FW pearls on top, I sorta like that they're not in a straight line, but that's me. You're the Creator here, so you've got to be happy. :-)

Thanks for sharing!

Hi, Susan. Thank you so much!! Awesome is high praise, indeed! :)))))))

And I love to share my sources, so you never need fear that. I'm pretty sure that clasp came from Rihashay... it's kind of like this oblong white pearl box clasp, except my clasp is bronze pearl...

And then there's this one, which is a square peacock pearl box clasp...

I love their box clasps, especially the locking ones. Adds extra security, and their clasps are *very* well made. And if you watch their sales and closeout items, you can find some pretty awesome clasps at reasonable prices. Now I bought that particular clasp on my bracelet at least 2 years ago, so they prolly don't have any more like that one on my bracelet, but... I just happen to have an extra clasp, exactly like the one in the photo of my bracelet. Would you like it? Just email me at twolegz at comcast.net with your address. :))))) love, Linda Tucker-cat photos:

Hey, Sooz. :))) THANK YOU!! Very high praise, indeed!!! I'm not sure if I'm selling it... at least I do know that I'm not selling it on the cat fund auctions. Those are set low to make fast money for the payments.

And I've spent so much time on the bracelet and it still isn't finished. heh... And... Why... do you want it? lol Make me an offer I can't refuse... but no horse heads, please!! LOLOL!

I was thinking about it! But now I've bid on two of your auctions, so I'm looking at my drawer of pearls to see if I can come up with a stick pearl piece to satisfy my yearnings. Thank you for setting such a

*gorgeous* example. ~SMOOCH~
