I want to tell you to have a wonderful time celebrating the season but I also want you to keep your eyes open all year round to others who need your help! From the littles thing a Smile to lighten their day to giving much more! Open your heart to others, forget the latest toy or gadget they mean nothing in the end! Give something to those with less then you! Yes we all think we are poor, but count the blessing each of us have! Some are lucky with money, some with good health! Give your heart to others,volunteer some time if you have no money to children who need your Love! Give blood if your healthy so others can live on! Give a pet or a baby or older child a home and your love! If all you have is lots of money give some to the poor! Look at all the stuff you have and done use before you buy any thing else, take some away and donated to a good cause !My New Years promise is to clean out the excess things in my life and Donate it all to Good will or the salvation Army! Teach your children it isn't all about what you have its what you share and give to others! I also feel its time to give back to the Earth we taken so much try to think Green reuse recycle buy organic and learn other ways to help take better care of our Earth! I think my mom said it right when she said to her new German friends (she join a German club recently) that "we" she and I "celebrate Christmas all year Long" and though we aren't together today or tomorrow our heart are always together! We don't need to run and buy for this special day because we give not only to each other to to many all year long! Giving isnt just one time of the year is every day no I dont mean gifts, I mean of ones selve small things like visiting your aunt who is old and alone in a nursing home or stuck in her old house by herself dont have an old aunt give to that lonely little lady down the road in her stead! A Hour of your time a min a sex each counts to the other its given to! We all spend to much time on line with friends far away what about the real ones here in your life near by ! I dont mean to say our on line friends arent real but we need to also get out and take our sunshine to people around Us!
