I guess I'd better get my rear in gear and list some things. There are no eBay fees, April 1 - 14.
I'm pretty nervous about it, but I guess now is the time to give it a try,

Tina,
are you saying no listing fees/selling fees?
I don't even have a buyer's account there, but that may be worth the effort to list ... Not that I have even kept up with advertising on Craigslist.
And I still have to do taxes, haven't lit the torch in over a month, only made "bread and butter" jewelry, and very little of even that.
Wonder what's behind that? (Of course the economy, but are people going for less expensive pastures? - I'm still considering ecrater.)

You know, I looked further into this "free listing" thing. Your "insertion" fee is free, but you still have to pay to have your listing have a photo that shows when you do a search. The one after you click on the auction is free, but no one takes a closer look if you can't see a small picture first. And then there's 8 to 12% you pay on the final price. It's about twice as high as I expected. It's a lot less than the 50% a store will charge (retail vs wholesale). But then the store does a lot more for you.
I'm learning.
