I know most of you have gone thru this...but wow...we are looking at buying a new house and went house shopping this afternoon...wow...it is amazing how much money$$!! And of course one always falls in love with one higher that you budgeted for:(!!
I guess the reality is debt is part of life...one just needs to decide on priorities...but my problem is I want it all:D!!

My bf...lost sleep last night over this...he has only been in Canada for just over 2 years (from Cuba) and this is a massive investment and commitment for him...for anyone...but if you are from North America it is not so overwhelming:D!!

Sorry...rambling on...but kind of exciting...when I got my house...it was straight from the 70...and it was so much work...right down to removing shag from every room...not again:DD!!
