I don't have any purple, but I AM wondering what's up with GlassDaddy. I need clear and transparent red. There hasn't been an update to their website since "vacation" on 9/20.

Yeah, I wondered that also. He's posted something to WC, but for some reason, did not have time to update his website. I like GlassDaddy, but I am a little ticked off that his stock wasn't current when I tried placing an order the other day. Oh, well - I am sure it's not easy dealing with companies overseas - and this glass is in such high demand right now. Wish I had some clear and red for you! I am almost out of both myself.

hey - it seems a LOT of colors are out of stock at a lot of suppliers Frantz, Wale, CRLOO, and Arrow Springs. Global Beads were out....
I had to make SIX phone calls to get dark ivory and 256 dark pink.....
ended up ordering from a place I'd never heard of - but found on the net.

Cline? Do you have a website? I have looked everywhere, but a couple of people have offered to send me a few rods or purple until I can find some to order. For some reason, the major suppliers are having a really hard time getting Lauscha anything and also the Moretti colors that are really popular. I am not sure why - manufacturers might not be able to keep up with the demand. Or maybe the suppliers aren't ordering enough - I'm not sure. It's so aggravating though.

My understanding from Arrow Springs and Frantz is that shipments are not due in until december -- they only order a few times a year.....and they have just run out of some of the colors..... period.

Yep - I put in an order in with CR Loo today - everyone else is out. I was really surprised that CRLoo had any - I just hope it's the right batch. :)

Only if you have them to spare. ;) I am afraid the rods I am getting from CR Loo might be the wrong shade of purple - more reddish than bluish. So any backups would be great.
