well . . . my father always swore my mother's idea of birth control was to thumbtack the diaphragm to the head of the bed.

well, i don't want to rain on your parade . . . but i had a friend whose husband had undergone four vasectomies. NONE of them "took".

He only gets one chance, then I'm taking matters into my own hands!

And if a tubal ligation doesn't do the trick, a hysterectomy will.

We know vasectomies have failure rates, but the odds are in our favor.

Oh yes, my doctor warned us about that, too... and also, apparently vasectomies aren't "good" until about two months after they're performed! Who woulda thunk?
