it's what i use 95% of the time. it comes in several different weights. and for the heavier weights, i use regular crimps. it seems so be very nearly unbreakable - and incredibly flexible.

K-Mart usually has the cheapest prices for it.

I tie a seed bead on the end, apply a drop of glue, and use a bead tip. I've not tried crimps on the light weight line I use; I'm afraid it will cut it.
