Re: I'm going completely mad OT

]AOL is screwing with me!! And with its other poor victims. (I know, I know, I ]should find another server......that's beside the point right now) ] ]I can't get rid of posts once I've read them. Even if I hit Mark All Read, ]they still pop up, unread. I'm reading everything three or four times! It's ]making me.....ARRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!

it's doing that with everyone on AOL - they're not picking on you. the other group i always read generally gets anywhere from 150-300 posts per day - - and AOL is posting them 3 or 4 times!

I've had the same ones more times than that-- since yesterday, after they did an "automatic update".... I generally read off line, via "automatic AOL" to the filing cabinet.

I tried contacting "tech help", but the link led to a "web site not responding" ms. Kaytee "Simplexities" on

Good! Now let me know when you are ready for a decent news service provider and reader doll.

it doesn't have to be AOL compatible. what some people do is just log into AOL [for the connection], open a browser and use either IE or Netscape for the reading. i'm not sure if you can re-direct AOL's newsreader function or not. it might be worth a try.

What is RAM? I'm using Giganews... so far, so good. A bit slow though, I think.
