We're in Massachusetts. I have no idea why DH even stopped there, since we usually steer clear of chain places.

The truck has 40,000 miles on it. DH is a sales rep, and the truck barely has a chance to cool off before he's on the road again. I don't think it would be fair to try and hassle the dealer on this one. If I thought it were anything that should be under warranty, they'd have heard from me (trust me on that one).

All this was a lot easier when I could do my own repair work.
