Just got an invite from my Bernina dealer -- upgrade to the 200! I take it in and they do several upgrades, including making the CD-ROM read unencrypted (read that "standard") CDs with designs!! I don't remember all the other upgrades right off, but COOL! Anyone had this done yet?

No, this is a FREE upgrade of the artista 200 to the new (firmware?) V3.29. Supposedly, it will make the 200 compatible with V4.0 of the embroidery software, the CD-ROM will now read non-encrypted CD's (one of my biggest peaves!), the functionality of the 180 ECO buttons will be available through the (?) button, designs will now be numbered and available through direct entry, and the embroidery speed will be stepped up to a max of 680 stitches per minute.
