Hi, Thanks so much for thinking of me. I went to a dealer to see it today. The 300E is amazing. I had asked several dealers if the 300E takes the freearm hoop and the giga hoop. Well, there were mixed reviews on that question. One dealer called Janome and there were mixed answers there. So, I am waiting to hear if it can take those other 2 hoops. I definitely want to take the round spring hoop. I have a spring hoop for my 8000 and it is so much easier to work with.

you are lucky to have seen it in its full glory, its still not at the dealers here, any day now! there is nothing in the brochure about other hoops, BUT as its software upgradable I wouldnt mind betting that that will be its first upgrade to take the giga hoop, I understand its only the latest version of the mc10000 and I would have thought that they would have to keep the 300E one step behind that the top machine it is less than 1/4 of the price of the mc10000.

I may be back in my dealers today or tomorrow, ill ask him if he knows about the hoops, if he has the machine arrived and has a free arm hopp in the shop he will probably try it out.

Hi, If it cannot take those hoops, they probably will ugrade it to take the free arm hoop and the giga hoop. They do have the F hoop which is a spring hoop. That is something I will definitely get for the smaller designs. I have that for the 8000 and it is much easier to work with. I hope to purchase this machine soon. I was offered a

You say that it is priced at less than 1/4 of the 10000mc price ! It will be very interesting to see what it is priced at here in Australia. It comes out in October here.
