BSA digitized emblem

Does anyone have the Boy Scouts of America emblem digitized? I have a rush order. The emblem is an eagle super imposed on a fluer de lis. Thanks in advance, Bob

I have to ask. Doesn't anyone over there ever worry that they will be caught and prosecuted? I'm not judging....but I am curious. Okay, maybe I'm juding a little too but, isn't what they do there kind of like walking into a sewing store and shoplifting the cards or CDs or discs these designs appear on? Julie

Well Julie, I've been "over there" and requested to have something digitized. They were very helpful and I did get my request filled. We did not break any rules on digitizing my little design, therefore why should I worry about being "caught and prosecuted?"

That being said, some copywrited material is indeed being shared, but I do not know the laws of everyones country. Perhaps some of these countries are not obligated to follow some of these laws. For example, I may chew gum in the USA, but would risk persucition if I were to do so in Singipore. Just a thought. Put don't paint everyone with the same brush stroke.

I wasn't referring to someone asking another to digitize their own design. I have also been there to ask if someone knew where I could buy an out of print embroidery card, which also isn't against the law. And you're right about the laws in other lands I suppose.....I don't know, it just seems unfair to the designers of some of those online embroidery designs, who count on people purchasing their designs to stay in business.
