Embroidery newbie requesting answer to 1 quick question about fills

Just recently purchased a Brother PR600. On stock designs fill stitches appear to in most cases be solid and to all edges. On my own designs made with PE-Design I notice that most fills always have some kind of error, eg somewhere on the final output you can see a gap somewhere. My question is what is acceptable in the commercial world? - Do customers expect to see a 100% solid filled design 100% of the time? or is it accepted that most solid filled areas will have a gap or two? Many thanks in advance for any help.

If I was paying someone to do a design for me...I would personally expect to see the entire area filled. If I was making it free for someone...you get what you pay for .
