Was just wundering if your machine is loud when you embroidery cuz mine has this thud sound as the needle holder comes up and strikes the arm on the embroidery foot, it looks like is is suppose to strike the foot arm but it just makes alot of noise, It's like the machine is so fast the foot is slamming back down..Now this may be normal but we just got this machine for christmas and would like to know if anyone else is experiencing the same noise and hate to send it in for repairs if we are doing something wrong....Also there is a foot labled Q+ that came with it and it sounds alot better using it rather than the Q foot....
