For Christmas, I gave my sweetheart of so many years there's not even a stone to commemorate it, a Brother embroidery machine. He gave me a new outboard motor. Our arrangement works well. The Brother fought me. I have gotten on agreeable terms with many SMs, several sergers and a new stove that can do proof and Sabbath. The Brother has not been nearly that easy. But - after 6 months - I can thread, bobbin, hoop, back up, enlarge and all sorts of wonderful things. I don't even remember why I wanted one. All that to say: Thank you. Thank you so very much to all of you who have held my cowardly old hands and gotten me through. Today's fun was bumble bee chenille on silk organza. Bungee jumping next? Anyone? Polly
