Janome 11000

Is this a good machine, is the embroidery any better than the 10001, I like Janome for quietness and nice stitch quality, but I also like nice embroidery. Liz

G'day again Liz

The embroidery quality of both machines will be the same, the 11000 has a larger hoop......but it doesn't have the small C (2" x 2") hoop that the 10001 and others have. Of course it has a few more bells and whistles and costs lots more too, so I suppose you just need to work out what features you need. After reading all the info I could get on the

11000 and looking at the DVD Janome snail-mailed, I decided I'd stick with my 10001 and 9500, they do all I need, and more.

Why not ask your questions in the Yahoo Memory Craft? You're a member there aren't you?

For a full comparison go to the Janome site

G'day Wayne

Thanks for the correction....I was just repeating what I was told when I went to the local dealer for a 'demo'. Shows how much they didn't know about the new model??

'Demo' was used lightly too, they just ran through each screen pointing with a finger.......NO stitches were done on the machine to see the results, yet they expected me to part with lots of $$$'s. Needless to say I'm sticking with my 10k and 9500.

Thanks aga> >

HC , HAS blest us all with:

oi..you might want to search your antagoniser. I can assure you he is still laughing, a week later!

Certainly not those who are looking to see just what you are talking about...?...top posters are roundly ignored amongst cohesive usable community NGs. Ask your tormentor as to the truth of that statement. You'll be at Burke before you find anywhere he is even tolerated. GymmyBob//Bengi holds somewhat of a record for the highjump. You are just another scalp he adds to his noose.

He has none (to speak of) he sits on an old oil drum in the trashed out leanto of his broken Winnebago parked up on the outskirts of Edmonton [.ca] surviving electronically on the proceeds of phonecards stolen from the Purple Brigade at the local CES. Do not be a victim.
