Jigsaw effect help please.

Ok, First of all I am still using Photoshop version 6. Dont hold that against me please. What I want to be able to do is make a jigsaw looking effect with an image I am working on. As far as plugins go if I remember rightly there used to be a jigsaw plugin by Flaming Pear....have I remembered rightly? If not can some nice person please help me as to how to make the image look as if it is a jigsaw.Either by pointing me to a plugin or explaining how I can do it. Thank you. Meadowgrass.
