To OP "lookin4wendi" , I urge you flip though a few at the newsstand, then buy what looks good and really study them to see what you feel has interesting projects YOU would want to do before investing in a subscription.

That one was a Christmas gift to me a couple of years ago. I asked DD to not renew it, I found the projects fussy, weird, not practical, stuff I would never do, etc. YMMV

Awaiting the velvet I ordered online for the next Highland outfit, and the McKellar tartan arrived last week from Scotland, so the kilt project is coming up real soon. 44 hours

I received a subscription once, and also did not renew it. I do check out the online version every once in a while just to see if it's different. Emily
