Stitching problem

I'm having a problem with stitching. I'm new at this Embroidery thing. I have a Brother PE-150, I have an Ultimate Box and card, I use Embird to change colors or convert files to pes, I write the designs to the Ultimate card using pes2card software. I put the card in my embroidery machine. It stitches the design out fine, but somewhere about half way when i've made a color change it starts stitching the remaining design elsewhere or flips it sideways, it's also not completeing a design and thinks it's finished. Can anyone tell me what's happening?

I would try to use the software that came with your Ultimate Box when you actually try to transfer the designs to the card. I belive that it is called Ultimate Explorer... something.

I did resolve the problem it was the software. Another fellow had recomended I use that software that came with the Ultimate box also. I switched to using the Ultimate Explorer software and I have no more problems now.
