Viking 3DConvert and 3DStitch illegal operation errors

I can't use my 3D Convert & Sort and 3DStitchPro modules. I keep getting illegal operation errors.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing seems to help. Viking no longer supports version 5.0 (not that they ever did a good job of support in the first place). Ronnie Schreiber Autothreads - Custom Embroidery
