Does anyone have any experience with this company? I have ordered from them in the past, and have always been very satisfied with their service, but not anymore. I have ordered some scissors from them a month ago, did get an order confirmation, but nothing since (the money wasn't taken from my account either). I have already sent them 3 emails, to different addresses, but still no reply. Is there anyone here who knows anything about them?

Another company whose service has become EXTREMELY lousy is OESD. I keep telling myself when I place an order with them that this will be the last, but I keep going back and getting disappointed again. I've really got myself weaned now, but I was stupid enough to give it one more try.

In fact, I actually have to manage my own service with them. I don't have time to do that. I don't have the time to actually call them back to make sure they've shipped an order. What kind of service is that? I'm having to manage it myself. I'm doing what someone at that company is supposed to be paid to do....supervising.

Since it happens EVERY time I place an order (for the past 9 months that I've noticed), I presume someone else has to have experienced it too.

Anyone?
