More photos of stuff I've been building in my new studio in Oregon. This here is a pretty decent bucket fumer for stannous. The nozzle is the money shot. I've read on the Shute board about guys trying pump sprayers and such. I've been irridizing glass for many years and one thing I've found is this aspirating or siphon type sprayer is the only kind that works well. It basically creates a dense gas rather than a fine spray. You just can't get the spray fine enough any other way.
The bucket will corrode on this but its galvanized so it'll last a year or two. Inside the pvc pipe its just a long 1/8" nipple with a rubber air gun tip. It draws the fluid from the abs pipe below. The main thing is, you have to play with the placement of the two orifices, they have to be just right to work at the lowest psi possible.
