"stole our posts" an interesting concept - a privately owned web service (unlike the internet which is designed to survive wars) somehow has a responsibility to not only keep copies you didn't save, but to send each and every user notice of failure along with the opportunity to get messages back, instead of just firing all their staff and shutting off the servers. Hummmmm.
