Seems to me there is a glass wholesaler (Sunshine???) in NJ somewhere near PHL, and of course Warner-Criv is in PA, but a ways from PHL.

Only thing I ever saw glass-wise in Philly was broken-out store fronts. Last time I was there, the sides of the freeways were littered with burned-out cars and the place basically looked like Beirut. Take a gun and plenty of ammo. If you were going to give the world an enema, you'd insert the sryinge in PHL, it's the asshole of creation.

But, hey, have fun.

When I try to describe a certain section of Detroit known as Delray, I always say "think Beirut". Not sure if there's more plywood or glass in the windows.

Actually in Philadelphia there is Philly Glass Works on 3rd Street. When you get there its in the middle of nowhere on a side street in Philly. The shop is pretty kool with some really neat stuff. They also sell glass supplies.

There is also East Falls which did work for the Extreme Home Makeover Show for the Pie Family--haven't been there though.

About an hour to an hour and a half in South Jersey Is Wheaton Village-- lots of history there and I'll be taking a class at Carlisle School of Glass Art with James Yuan on Friday--its right down the road from Wheaton Village.
