Re: cracks in the fused Spectrum sheets

Here are some of reasons can caused glass broken after laminating,

  1. invisible scratch in glass surface which make each part of glass unable to shoulder the same force.

  1. higher shrinkage of resin interlayer

  2. poor flexibility of resin interlayer, which is major reason that Unilam resin layer made your glass broken.

  1. The thickenss of resin nterlayer is too thin.

Besides Uvekol resin is good choice to solve the problem, our clients mostly use SaoSA resin to laminate glass, which is much more economical and good quality. site for your reference:
