don't toss scraps of plastic canvas

I cut up some today and made little bobbins to store odds and ends of floss. I only kept pieces which were at least a foot long, altho I'll prob. never use 'em. DH asked why I needed forty shades of green.....he just doesn't get it.

I suppose you should be grateful that he RECOGNISES forty shades of green!

ROFL! Forty shades of green. Reminds me of another lady's here at RCTN - her DH commented on all those little pieces of snipped floss laying around. He called them droppings.

excuse piggybacking......they also make a good method of storing stud earrings - you can put a lot of em on a small strip of canvas - easy to pack with too.
