life is good - DS somehow kept his license. But his dress and manners have to have helped quite a bit.
(also had an itchy hand - one young "man" was there on a tobacco violation and was incredibly insolent to all - attorneys, bailiffs. and the judge and his mother = no wonder he got the max fines...)
