missing cross stitch directions

I've probably sworn about 3 times in my whole life. Don't care much for it, but I don't preach to people who do, unless there are kids around. One of my biggest pet peeves is a trashy-mouthed kid!

I'm currently using the following in my .sig file, which was from someone on another ng: "Swearing in normal conversation leaves you with no way to really express how you feel when it all hits the fan. When Mary Poppins swears, it tells you something is seriously wrong. When a rapper swears, it tells you he is breathing." - Megan Thomas

IMO, there are *far* too many "rappers" around these days. And have you heard about the teen in CA who started a non-swearing club? He even has a website for people who want to clean up their mouths! :)

And, of course, that will be just what happens! They *always* manage to say the exact wrong thing at the most inopportune time! LOL

When DS#2 was 2, he came home from the babysitter's with the F-word. I was *not* happy! I asked the sitter if she swore around the kids and she said no. I asked the older DS (4) where he heard that word and it was from the sitter's teenage son. Of course, she denied it, but I pointed out that no one in my family speaks like that, so he definitely didn't hear it at home. It took me a couple weeks to break him from saying it.

I remember when I was in HS my girlfriend and I were walking down the street. I had gotten really upset about something and I said "Oh," spluttered for a bit and then shouted, "BLAST!!!!"

She burst out laughing, certain that something else was going to come out of my mouth! Still use it to this day.

When we were kids, we used to say, "Sugar, honey, ice and tea" and think we were daring! My mom STILL says it!

Last month when my mom was visiting, I was talking to DD with mom nearby, and I accidentally let the "F" work slip - which I don't do often (I was trying to wind a ball of yarn from a hank that was

*extremely* "F'd" up!) and DD almost got a whiplash, her head jerked around so fast when she heard me!!
