Hi Guys, I was stitching in the airport yesterday and had finally gotten to a point where I needed to cut my thread. I took out my trusty Clover Cutter and the (#$*(&$&%$ thing wouldn't cut for beans!! I looked at it
*really* closely and found that the blade was GONE! Gone as in not there -- nothing, zip, nada!! Now, I have used this very same Clover Cutter every time I have traveled and had no problems as it's always had a blade before. So -- had anyone else ever had a Clover Cutter blade apparently disintegrate? That's all I can think happened. Maybe the blade broke into a bazillion pieces for some reason and the pieces ended up as teensy little bits of metal strewn all over who knows where! I guess I'll have to trek into town and make a stop at one of the local crafty places and get a new cutter. Of course, it's not as necessary now that the TSA says we can bring scissors with blades less than 4" -- Thank Heavens!! Anyway, I would still be interested in knowing if anyone else has had the blade disappear from their Clover Cutter!!
