Off topic "culture/fashion" question

I saw the phrase "Brazilian implants" used in an article on fashion models in the WSJ (specifically referring to the incredibly skinny models with breast and Brazilian implants".

So - Google wasn't any help - I found something about eye surgery...

I seem to recall one of those tabloid TV shows highlighting plastic surgery prevalence among the rich & famous and a snippet about "butt" implants to lift and enhance one's posterior. Maybe that's a Brazilian implant? (Personally, I would appreciate it if mine would shrink, but I'm not a fashionista.) I'll have to try Urban Dictionary

I found this one that explains Brazilian Implants. If you want to know how, I put in plastic surgery+Brazilian implants.
