OFF TOPIC silliness

The local "newspaper" came out yesterday. You know the type, who is running for town council, local news and the police and fire blotters....

From yesterday's Londonderry Times blotter page

"caller complained that a woman in a bikini was standing on RT 102 and distracting to traffic"

There are just too many places to take this....

I wonder what would happen at our nearby beach area where bikinis are seen all over the place and places even miles from the beach ask people to cover up and wear shoes?

Given that this happened near the major north south highway and was the middle of the week and no where near a beach....

I imagine it did look odd and out of place, but remember I worked in midtown Manhattan and nothing was really shocking.

My first thought was - how many cars responded and what were they hoping for.......

On a (somewhat) related note - I saw an article that young French women are covering up at the topless beaches. . .

The ED commercial that shows the couple sitting in 2 bathtubs outside is toooo funny!! Why would you have the tubs outside and not hooked to water supply (but they have faucets)?? AND........ if you are going to sit in SEPARATE tubs.....why bother to take the pill?????........LOL.....tooooo funny!!

just me, Cathy from KY in CA

That is one of the funniest. Personally, the "Smiling Bob" ones make me laugh. Even harder when DD asks her Dad if he needs to call....

The one the annoys me the most are the ones with "The Colon Lady".
