OT: Attention Deficit Disorder Scarves

This is only slightly needlework related, but since I'm not a regular on r.c.t.yarns, I thought I'd post this here. As I mentioned in another post, I've been knitting a lot lately. I call my scarves ADD scarves because I knit for a few rows and then change to whatever other yarn catches my fancy in the moment. Anyhow, you can see them here:

It makes me smile to see you bravely going forth. Some people, even though they are very good knitters, don't. Good work!

Here is a little website that tells you what kind of knitter you are. It has was posted on the yarns group a week or two ago, but since you don't go there, you might not have seen it. I'll bet you're an adventurer ...

Thank you! Turns out I'm a little clutzy with my album, though. I meant to post a link to several pictures and it appears I only posted one. Let me try again. There are three different scarves here:

I'll have to check that out. Lately, I'm adventurous, that's for sure! Thinking about using my scarf technique for a whole sweater. Elizabeth

guru, probably because of the prodigeous amounts of yarn I have acquired in a very short time. That and the fact that I've never met a project I wasn't willing to take on. Elizabeth

Dr Brat , One of my Best looking sweater became specaily uniquely designed, because a spijner gave me a big paper bag with several wool balls , To see how knitable they were. Coming Home i found they were all different weights , thus in order to show each singular wool`s character i knitted a round joke , giving each color some `slices` , than i knitted downwards , mixing them 3-5

-10 stiches a time from each color .....A colleague loved it so much that she bought me special wooden buttons to match it. best of luck with your knitting . mirjam

Only an apprentice, but it's not for lack of trying or yarn. Mostly 'cause too many other things call me!

The scarves are lovely and the colors are beautiful.

Somewhere, buried with the rest of my knitting books, is an old book called "Oddball Knitting" patterns. It's a whole collection of stuff made with left over bits and pieces of yarn.. I haven't thought about it for a long time but now you've got me curious to look it up and see what's in there.
