Hi Guys, Well, I **finally** got the house ready and the realtor was here yesterday. We signed the papers, she put the lock box on the front door and the sign in the front yard!!! Let's hope this house sells in a

I look at it more as a tradition then a superstition. A buyer would be good -- yep, for sure! The realtor was back today tasking photos of the house and yard. She agrees with MOI -- the yard and finished basement is what will sell this house. I HATE the gardening but I'm SO glad I have put in the effort over the years. Let's hope it pays off.
