OT need help with MIL gifts

She won't appreciate it, but I was thinking about doing that or one of the adopt an endangered species ones or both since I need two presents. -Margaret in MA

With out seeming totally catty, how about that adopt a dairy cow program that is supposed to help small farmers stay afloat.

Excellent idea, Cheryl! There is also an organization called Heifer International (

) that helps poor people raise animals. You "buy" an animal, they give it to a family, show them how to raise and care for them and any progeny the family gives to another needy family. You can also specify that your gift stays in the US if you so choose. Our Sunday School has been donating to them for a few years.
