DBF has a new job paying sales calls on Rite-Aid drug stores, and at least until he knows where he's going, I tag along to navigate. If there's nowhere nearby that intrigues me, I sit in the car, blast the radio, and stitch/knit.
One of his stops today was a few blocks from a LNS, so it was his turn to wait for me! (Actually, I know about how long it takes him to do his thing, so when he got back, I was already at the checkout, so he only had to wait a minute or two.)
Bought a few Christmas charts, something with ladybugs (for guess who?), a chart where I've seen the kit but didn't want to pay for a whole kit when I was just going to do one motif, Letters from Nora "S" to go along with the "E" for her sister that I already have, something bright and colorful that will be a sofa pillow for me, some assorted fibers for new projects, and swapped her a stack of charts for the Christmas ornament I designed for two 6x18" pieces of white canvas with opalescent flecks to do a couple models thereof. They are again doing an ornament tree to raise funds for charity, so I'm hoping I can get those ornaments done and to her before the deadline.
