Bought a kit on ebay - probably not the sellers fault, but sealed package arrived with stamped canvas, fibers, but NO chart. Mfr - IMC Needlecraft - got disconnect report when I called. I think the kit is an oldie, even the stamped portion is rather faded - maybe it sat in a window for years.
Would anyone maybe have this chart? thanks.

Just heard that in another group this morning. Someone sold a defective piece of equipment, and then tried to tell the buyer that "all BrandX machines are that way" ... something which the other members of the group disputed. No luck in getting her money back, because the seller swears it's fine.
She is leaving positively vile feedback on that seller. You may want to leave a polite warning, as you've worded it here, "probably wasn't the seller's fault", so that if other people are getting the same raw deal, there will at least be a record that this is "pattern and practice".

I think that ebay was ok at its birth, but has become an oasis for ppl unloading inferior stuff. Seconds, closeouts - might as well go to Big Lots and their ilk.
Meanwhile, I have studied photos of parrots in an animal encyclopedia I got horsed into buying many years ago. It's an ill wind.....
I think I can somehow figure it out - not a lot of colors involved.

Yeah - 'got disconnect report" - that's the number I called and got from internet search - only thing on package was the Railroad Av address -
