On the 2nd CFV it was given like this:

CHARTER

A discussion group to share information about the practise of the ancient craft/art of making clay pots. Welcome articles would include pot-making techniques, kiln firing, raw materials used, clays & glazes, building and designing of kilns & wheels and other potter's equipment, workshops, books, exhibitions & markets. Non-welcome articles will include anything not directly related the practise of this craft/art.
