I did a search on digitalfire which has almost everything and it was not there. I then did a global search and one suggest 3518 through to 3525 were related. From what I have seen, all frits in the 3500 range are lead based. Here are 2 which are close in number with similar, yet very different compositions. Sorry, I know it isn't much help but perhaps there is something to be grabbed from it.

Frit 3519 LEADED FRIT Chemistry CaO 0.200 K2O 3.200 Na2O 7.700 PbO 20.600 ZnO 9.400 B2O3 10.900 Al2O3 5.400 SiO2 42.600

Frit 3516 LEADED FRIT Chemistry CaO 12.300 K2O 1.800 Na2O 1.100 PbO 37.600 B2O3 13.000 Al2O3 2.600 SiO2 31.600
