No -- we haven't seen hide nor hair of him. Raechel is being a trooper and hasn't cried hardly at all when she's with us but she *does* talk about him when she's with her friends. One of her friends made R a paper hat with a picture of Cheeto drawn on it and R has it displayed on her nightstand. She sleeps with Cheeto's little blankie at night, so we know how much she is missing him. She told DD that she will let us know when she is ready to get another kitty. That's probably because she doesn't want to give up hope that he will return and thinks that once she agrees to get another kitty, it means she has given up hope that Cheeto will return. I need to show her the link that Bruce posted here about the cat who ran off and was "gone" for SIX years. The coule who owned him had moved, had a child and gotten several dogs and cats when the "found" the first cat. He had apparently shown up back at his old home and someone in the 'hood had been feeding him for two years. The wife had gone back to the 'hood and was driving around when she saw the cat sitting on a fence!!! She brought the scoundrel home and he is fitting in quite nicely with his new siblings :-))).
