Does your fusible web separate from backing?

I just this minute (OK, 4 minutes ago) saw a tip on Fons & Porter that I have to share: Use spray adhesive to reattach your Wonder-Under, et al., to the paper backing!

Thank you Ruth. I have 2 meters that I was ready to throw out, now I will try this and hope to rescue it.

Th- th- throw.. ouuuut???? Its still usable even if the backing comes off. Ok.. not for all projects just save it anyway. The little bitty applique peices are not going to be the best place to use it but there isnt anything going to stop you from using it for larger things. Ack.. anyone else throwing that stuff away.. please. .throw it my way! LOL Diana

I was just using mine today and had the same problem! about a meter of it and talk about frustrating to use! I have one of those applique iron sheets (not sure the correct name of it) I got from dh as a Xmas gift, you are suppose to be able to iron your wonder under pieces together on it before adding it to your block, so I decided to try it out. I just put the wonder under on the sheet and fused the backing back onto it and then peeled it off the sheet in one piece and it worked! It was a little harder to peel off my applique piece but ironed onto my block ok.

Is it a Teflon ironing sheet? Wonderful gadget!
