Fabric for watercolor quilt

Help!

Several members of this group have offered to send me some fabric for my first watercolor quilt project and I do not know how to send a private message with my snail mail address to them.

When I click "Respond to author", does the message get sent only to the author?

Does this work where members have some characters in their email address that have to be eliminated?.

Generally, how do I send a private message? Do I do something inside the discussion group or do I need to actually send an email.

Thanks for all of the help and support.

Howdy!

On your behalf, and as Queen of the Beggars, let me say: Anyone who wants to send scraps or 2" squares to Jerry, email him, please. ;-D I found that responding to his ng post will give me his email addy.

I don't know, Jerry; some addresses are real and will respond to email, others are confused and confusing and we never do figure out how to de-code them.

Good luck!

And thanks to all of you who want to send the watercolor fabrics. ;-)

What I have to do, if an e-mail address is 'made invalid to avoid scam' is click on the 'reply to sender' or whatever the terminology is in your system. Then, when the e-mail page comes up, amend the e-mail address as instructed in the group message (most people give instructions on how to alter the changed address so that it will work, in their sig. line or somewhere easy to see). If it just has something like 'nospam' you can delete that bit yourself.

I don't know of a way to send a private message within RCTQ. Mind you, if there were a way, I would most certainly not be the person to know it! . In message , MaleQuilter writes
