Follow-up about those shipping charges

CreateForLess.com agreed to refund my costs for returning the pink thread (I ordered gray thread) and it took two more emails to get the original shipping charges credited to me.

It's over and I have 'won'. All shipping costs have been credited back to my credit card as well as the credit for the merchandise.

It's a shame they took so long to make the refunds- and lost a customer in the process.

Leslie, I'm happy to hear that you finally "won" although it seems they really made you work for the victory.

I recently made my first (and last) purchase from them. It took over 3 weeks for me to receive my order and when I contacted their customer service department felt rather rudely treated. On another note, I placed an order with Nancy's Notions at about the same time and it came so quickly I was amazed. They offered free shipping on a second order and I was happy to take them up on the offer, it was also sent very quickly and from two different warehouses. They kept me informed of the progress of my order from start to finish as well.
