I haven't made dolls in a long time. This almost makes me want to do some again. They are so adorable. Gen

I wish I'd made something that cute. The first doll I made was truly u-g-l-y. It was adored by our niece and 40 years later she still cherishes it. How mortifying. I do wish I'd seen this Raggedy Ann back then. Lesson learned: if you ever make a truly ugly doll, trash it before some tot adopts it and proclaims 'look what Aunt (YOUR name here and loudly) made just for me'. You will never ever live it down. Car theft and implants may be forgotten but ugly dolls go on forever. Polly
