is that the seam ripper? by ginghers, not cheap tho. ouch. razor retracts when not in use, always a good idea.

also some ergonomic ambidexterous scissors (nice colour too) that won 2009 iF design excellence award. someone might find these 'bargains' handy. fwiw. j.

That seam ripper is only for people who make a lot of mistakes!! I know we don't need one that's that serious or expensive!

I haven't looked at the site, but I have used a very old stitch ripper, plus a couple from former sewing machines - for ages. Just recently I bought a new one, a Clover. Well, I've obviously had duds. This one is fantastic - makes things a whole lot easier/smoother.
